InsurED is a social venture tackling one of Nigeria’s most silent crises—neglected school and clinic infrastructure.
With over 10 million children out of school and countless rural families without access to functioning clinics, we believe dignity starts with a safe space. We exist to prevent collapse, not just respond to it.

Quarterly Premiums
Subscription-based maintenance support
Repairs & Monitoring
Responsive repair work using local artisans
Real-Time Tracking

Transparent Reports
Quarterly reporting shared with funders and communities

Subscription-based maintenance support

The RMT Model
Our proprietary RMT framework guides all our interventions through a three-phase development financing pathway. This phased approach builds trust, tracks results, and embeds long-term ownership into the public sector.

Capital investment used to restore degraded infrastructure to a functional state.
Maintain
InsurED provides quarterly maintenance, with a PPP finance mechanism
Transfer
All maintenance responsibilities are transferred to government ownership while insured remains technical partner and service provider.
